Broadband Home (Dynamic)

The Broadband Home services are designed for the single PC user; they offer download speeds of up to 1000kbit/second, and up to 256kbit/second upload. The connection is presented with a USB interface and modem that connects direct to your computer.
The Broadband Home packages include:
Dynamic IP Address
Domain name registration & hosting (Excludes Migration packages)
www.yourdomainname web address
Unlimited web/FTP space
Unlimited email addresses
Web-based email
Telephone technical support
Online user interface
The Broadband Home service requires that you have an ADSL USB Modem and splitter. IP Support
recommends the use of the ZyXEL Prestige 630 ADSL USB modem and Excelsus Z-420UK Microfilter which are available to order

The Broadband Home services does not include NAT (Network address translation) or port forwarding. Customers wishing to use Broadband along side their network must select the Broadband Office package.
Please note that you must be within 4.5km of an ADSL-enabled local telephone exchange to use ADSL.
