| Upgrading your DJ INter.net ADSL / Broadband DJ Inter.net offer the option to upgrade your Broadband package. Upgrade is designed to improve the performance of your broadband with both downtime and inconvenience kept to an absolute minimum. Please Note We are not able to upgrade between the Home Broadband and the Office Broadband packages. This is due to them having different contention ratios. You must have a DJ Inter.net Broadband package to upgrade from. The Upgrade Process Once this request has been accepted, the order will be processed. This normally takes around 7 days and will be subject to a preliminary line check to determine your lines status and suitability. If unsuitable then a refund will be made. The downtime is on average about half an hour but can take up to 2 hours. We will send you information by e-mail to let you know the precise date when your upgrade will be live. Your username, password and static IP(s) Address will remain the same. |
